Exercises to strengthen the inguinal wall



In brief, you will need to learn how to use your feet in a completely new way.

Instead of walking heels down first, you will have to walk toes down first.

By walking and moving in this way, your body will heal itself on its own. You strengthen your back, while improving your circulation and metabolism. All of your internal organs will begin functioning perfectly and when your posture changes, your hernia will stop coming out.



Do I or don’t I have to use the bandages?

Others like me – who had discovered this system after years of dealing with a hernia – had to make use of bandages to fix their problem because a hernia that is constantly out does not allow a person to move freely, strain or do normal daily activities.


How to strengthen your body

There is one reason why inguinal hernias appear and it has to do with the intestines weakening due to poor posture of the back.

In the following pages, we will look at how to resolve all of the body’s problems in a quick and efficient way to eliminate the problem at the root, to make sure that not only the hernia that you have found today closes up but to also make sure that your body can produce another one again.

After you have learnt the new way to walk and move around, you will notice that the hernia will lose strength and will tend to go back in place. You will feel burning, pain and pinching but this is normal during the closing process.

You will have to be the one to decide if you really need to use the bandages, but my suggestion is this: when you understand that you can hold in your hernia by controlling the muscles of your pelvic walls, you should try going without the bandages.



The cause of the problems

Pounding your heels into the ground while you walk is the cause of all your problems. The “European” way of walking and running is the main cause of traumas and malfunctions in the human body.

Every step we take generates a trauma to our backs. To try and alleviate those traumas, our posture changes, taking on incorrect posture which 90% of humans have.


The body’s defense system

Walking in the traditional way means beating up our back with each step we take. This damages not only the articulations but also the cartilage that is found between the vertebra.

To protect ourselves from these traumas, the body modifies its posture, and for this reason it is really difficult to stand or sit up straight even if you exercise or do yoga.

The body twists the spinal column in two directions: it moves the pelvis forward, while sending the chest backwards and the shoulders forward. In this way, you are creating the typical “backache” that most people over 30 have.

There are some instances when the body tucks its rear end in by moving the pelvis forward.

There are two consequences:  the first being a backache, and the second being constipation and hemorrhoids.

Long term lower back pain creates an inguinal hernia, while constipation can produce hemorrhoids or fistulas.



Fixing your back problems

To continue, I will explain how to modify your way of walking, the only way to heal your body.

There are an infinite amount of benefits to walking this way and you will notice that the most annoying and recurring problems in your life will disappear. Your digestive system improves and starts working much more efficiently. You will lose a lot of weight because living this way means using 3 hearts rather than one and as a consequence, your circulation improves which means your metabolism and strength will increase.

It can be hard and painful (mainly on the feet) to stop walking on your heels but you will start to see the benefits after the first few days, and once you’ve discovered them it will be difficult to go back to the old way.



Pounding your heels into the ground

The human body was not meant for putting your heels on the ground, and it should never happen, except for those rare moments when it’s necessary, and if it is done, then it should be done while immobile.



Observations

Pay attention to the way you go up and down stairs. Try jumping and running on cement barefoot. Go down on all fours and you will notice that we naturally do all of these things without placing our heels on the ground.



Shoes with cushioning for heels

Unfortunately, shoes with cushioning to absorb the impact against the ground (rubber, air, gel, springs) eliminate the problem to the heel but the trauma to the knees multiplies by three and by seven to the lower back and cervical zones.




Why we should take care of the lower back pain

The problem of the lower back is not the pain or obstacles that are produced while carrying out your normal activities.

Lower back pain is not a disease in itself, but it is the response that your body gives you when you continue to misuse it.

Lower back pain is not the problem, but rather it is the consequence to moving incorrectly. If this movement is not fixed, you will not only continue to have lower back pain, but you will also create many more physical and health problems, even if it is not the real problem. Lower back pain creates real and serious problems.

I am a male....52years old, I have an ingroinal hernia.(smaller than the one you have pictured here) I saw the you tube video, which led me here. I have been wearing a truss support (flat style with pad) I have also been living on my toes for about a month now. I am not seeing much change yet. When showering, it still pops out. (I take the brace off when in the shower) I am not noticing any stinging, pulling, or any other signs of healing yet, and my feet are very sore from being on my toes. Is there something that I'm doing wrong? I don't want surgery and I'm willing to try your suggestions Is it too soon to try elbow knee crunches? I have also tried making my own support truss as you have shown, I have the soft elastic support but am having trouble finding a stiffer band and I would like to know more about that rubber ball that you cut in half and how that is applied.   10. hello sir i am suman from Bangladesh .I have been suffering from an inguinal hernia for i year.it is very small.it is called bobonocele by doctor.it does not cross the external inguinal ring.just swelling in the upper groin and it does not goes out in the scrotum.pls suggest me what can i do and what should i do????????
