Exercise to shut inguinal hernia

This exercises are excellent for close inguinal and scrotal hernia. This exercise with the bands system can close an inguinal hernia in 2 month.
If you do this exercise when the hernia come out, after the exercise the hernia return again in the right place and stay in this places for many hours.

  3. Been doing the exercises for 3 months now. It is a little smaller I feel I am not making much progress. Should I start the pan exercise?

  6. Hi, burning breathing can be without hernia belt? Or I must wear? Pls reply. Sometimes I do just lie down on bed, since my hernia reducible. Is it ok too?

  7. I was diagnosed as HEPATITIS B carrier in 2013 with fibrosis of the
